Hey fellow fly eaters, looking to upgrade my MTB which i use to take my dog for a run with every day. I'm up and down kerbs every couple of minutes cos i stay in the city and im sure it says somewhere in the highway code you can't ride on the road with a 3 foot Alaskan Malamute! I'm holding on to his leash while i ride so my balance is off as i bump up/down! Iv got upto £600 to spend and been to 2 shops and asked for advice in both; 1 recommended hardtail and the otther Full Suspension! If there's someone out there that's been in a similar situation it would be great to hear your recommendations. Thanks in advance! Bill.

Where do you live Bill? I'm sure riding with your dog is a joyous experience but if you're in the UK it's illegal to ride on the pavement. I know this isn't answering your question!

Wanna! (don't have a dog though...)
I saw a great Youtube vid of a lady who had hitched her old mum's wheelchair to a dog, the old lady was having a fabulous time being galloped round the carpark.

But yes, pavements, hmmm... no.
