Track Wheelset

I'm attempting to price up a half decent wheelset for my fixed gear.

I'm looking for a set without a flip flop hub on the rear and just a braking surface on the front as I only run a front brake.

I can't seem to find a set anywhere. Looking for cheap as really.

Any suggestions?

I have mavic ellipse on the rear, coupled with a mavic elite QR on the front on one of my bikes. Fitted with race 20mm pro2's. Makes for a lively fixie.

The ellipse is a fixed with locking threads both sides, but it would take a single speed.

Are those suitable for commuting with 25mm tyres?

I've got two completely different wheels on mine now with two completely different wheels. I think the rear is a Halo, but I'm not sure.

I want a matching set, purely for commuting really and the odd shop run

I'm sure 25mm tyres would be ok. I use anything from 23 to 28's on my askium's and the elites/Elise rims look very similar.

you won`t like my fixed both wheels unmatched lol, I go through front wheels quick due to running front brake only. However those wheel's linked too thus far are floating my boat!
