I have an Avenir Mule trailer I use mostly for fishing. It has a chainstay clamp, the clamp being similar to those on workstands. Now I have changed bikes to a disc brake equipped model the clamp fouls the disc. I have seen this http://www.sjscycles.co.uk/avenir-trailer-hitch-axle-mount-tra084-prod25875/ which is a direct replacement for the present hitch. Does anyone know if these are OK to use with a QR skewer or would I need to replace the axle with a nutted one.
