Trainer Road down?

Has anyone else found that Trainer Road is down and was there any notification, ie Trainer Road will be down for 1 hour maintenance?

It's up for me this morning. (snigger etc copyright @Fnaar 2015). It'd be a strange time for maintenance as the time would be around midday in the States when you posted.

It was web site for about an hour yesterday so I couldn't upload my session for a while, its up again now
