Another company trying to using machine learning backed by science to improve training. Since I’ve finished base training and just starting my main build I’ve signed up for free trial. Deals with both turbo and outdoors. I’m being a bit of a devil throwing in a 200km audax this weekend when it has me down for a 3 hour endurance ride. We will see what the AI makes of that.
