The 3rd Edition of the Trans Pyrenees Race starts on the 29th September.

Surprised the starting groups aren't more spread out say half an hour apart. Still going to bunch up if they take the same route??

In the first edition, the terrain very quickly spread us out over some considerable distance!

Looks like they start on a compulsory parcours this year. Looks pretty similar:

When I rode, the choice of routes was v limited. As a spectator it lacked the fun of TCR. This year's is bonkers - look at the spread between CP1 & CP3 (crossing the mountain watershed and back):
