Out of curiosity since you seem happy to be a critic and sarky. What have you done lately or at all which has in anyway improved cycling or has the ability to change views etc?
I have indirectly made it easier to report taxi drivers to the council which i would argue it the major thing i have somewhat brought about with help.
Also with help helped address how reports from cyclists made to the police will be handled. This was with help from the network manager for Sustrans. This was through a meeting with the chief inspector of Tyneside done by the network manager through discussion etc.

I see it childish to be a quick critic for others and from what i gather you have not done anything yourself.

We don't have to do anything. My bicycle is an enjoyable means of transport and that is all. If it was Judge Dredds motorbike then maybe it would come with some societal responsibilities but it isn't and doesn't.

If you had done something it would have added credit and base to your criticism.
Its very easy to criticize and a lot of people do it when it comes to things that they're not familiar with or don't approve of.

My long history of not causing grief and having the police round as a result of commuting to work give me an ideal playform to point out that it is not good. I've been cycling longer than you've been in long trousers and never had any of these issues, so you can take those 14 years of grief free cycling as lending credit to any criticism I may or may not have.
