Treadmill for Zwift?

I am turning the garage into a bit of a pain gave at the moment.
Then I thought if I bought a treadmill with Bluetooth I could run on Zwift as well as cycle.
Anyone recommend something to get me running on Zwift for a £400 max budget?

Or use standard treadmill with foot-pod sensor

I have used a standard treadmill with a foot pod and found it as boring as a dumb cycling trainer. I only used it in the end to track mileage rather than entering manually into Strava. I have given up doing that too. I cannot comment on a smart treadmill, but for sure a standard treadmill and foot pod offered nothing to me.

I thought a footpod with HRM would be pretty much the same in Zwift. Ohhh well.
