So im looking to buy my first road bike ever, but im not sure which one to choose. I've heard people say that Trek makes inferior frames compared to Scott and there roadbikes overall suck? Also saw a very strong remark such as this: ''If you do your research, their road bikes are far worse than the competition. Trek can rely on un-informed buyers who see Lance Armstrong pedalling away on a Trek, not knowing that the bike he rides costs close to $25k and you will never see anything like what he has.''
Im really torn between the two but how would you compare the Speedster 20 to 1.5? The specs seem to be pretty similar... both have carbon forks and shimano tiagras etc, not that i know alot about this bike stuff. The Scott seems to be slightly more expensive.
