2012 Trek Remedy 7 for sale (medium 17.5) ..... So here we have my much loved Trek Remedy, I have owned it since new from Cooksons Cycles and it has always been maintained well.
The bike has just had a full service which included new bearings all round including headset, the rear Fox shock fully serviced, its also had a new cassette, chain, middle chain ring, bottom bracket and Hope jockey wheels .....
The Fox Float front forks have been replaced with a nearly new set, which also had a full service before been fitted.
After stripping the bike down to nothing we began by future proofing the bike,this was done by replacing parts that were not even worn but showing any significant ware they were replaced giving any prospected buyer as near a showroom conditioned bike as a used bike could possible be.
New bottom bracket fitted
New shock bush
New wheel bearings frt & rear inc freehub
New cane creak 40 headset
Fitted new refurbished as new forks fox float 140 (fully serviced with new seals
New gear cables
Recent chain & cassette all like new
Brakes checked bled & pistons re-set
New frame bearings complete
Every part was cleaned greased/lubed loctited back into place.
New middle chainring as it was showing some wear
I adjusted tweaked fettled cleaned lubed and then finally rode this bike until it was ready for sale.
Upgrades to the bike are as follows -
Stans Flow rims with Hope Pro 2 Evo hubs and Maxxis High Roller II tyres.
Hope Evo m4 brakes and Hope discs .
The bike is 100% spot on and rides as good as the day it came out of the shop ....
I am looking for £1250 ovno .....
