Hi all ,, looking for advice

I’ve recently bought a 2007 trek session 10 , because the bike has a high pivot point for the rear suspension there is an idler pulley/cog in between the main crank and cassette

Unfortunately this is broken

I need a9/10/11 tooth cog (I’m struggling to find the exact details) with a 8 mm bearing and both need to be strong enough to take my weight as I pedal

I bought a plate wheel to try out but it’s too soft and I had the wrong size

Does anyone have any ideas what might work or where I could find a suitable replacement
Thanks in advance
