I made it of of camo nylon for when i go camping

I have a old tent skin that I use to cover my trike if it's outside and I use a couple of old guyropes either pegged down eiither side of the trike and running over to hold the tarp down or if I can't get pegs into the ground I wrap the guylines around to hold the tarp on.
I also carry an old waterproof rucksack rain cover all the time as it slips over my seat back and keeps the seat nice and dry

Just pull up on your trike stay sitting on the trike put up your umbrella and pull a wool blanket over your self, job done.

I had the idea once of making a frame that would slip over/onto the pedals to give a fixed leg rest then I could recline the seat back as far as I can and then jump into a sleeping bag and the trike would be like a camp bed but I never tried it I do think it could work well
