Triple chainset & deraileurs

just purchased a modern for me BH frame set , so on the look out for a triple chainset with 170arms and a pr of deraileurs that will work with a pr of 105sti's . will need to be [osted might even go mad and buy new yet just want to see whats about .

I have a 2012 Tiagra triple, a 105 front mech and an older Tiagra rear mech. The rear was an 8 speed but to my knowledge this can work just as well for 9 and 10? The rear mech has more miles on it, but the other 2 bits are fairly new, the bike they were on met it's demise not long after they were fitted. I also have a 9 speed chain without many miles that can be has for a few quid and an 8 speed cassette. No idea on price, suggestions?
