Trolling the trolls

Does anyone else do this? I find great pleasure in tearing them down, and they usually skulk off first. Youtube is full of anti-cycling trolls and I must have wound up a good hundred this year.

I wonder what practical uses his psychic powers could be put to? As he can obviously see behind the cyclist in question

That's why I find u-tube a waste of time if people are so prepared to be so stupid.Perhaps as a wind-up perhaps not.I just haven't got time to argue with someone hiding behind a keyboard.Generally if people say things to me at work about cycling and bad cycling I either reply or just let it fly over my head.

Perhaps the reason why is I haven't found it too bad out there.Recently.(I mean out on the road)

Ahh thats ok, I see what you mean. I definately have too much time on my hands these past couple of days.

TBH the morons on there seem to enjoy having a pop at anything positive. Didnt Plato say something about showing the world through their own idiocy? I'm sure it was some greek philosopher.

To be technically acurate you only see it go amber.... still, it has put them in a position whereby people seem to be recieving a slagging. I'd like to see how often those that have commented as such have done the same in their car tbh.

I always try to follow this advice when dealing with Trolls (even if it is a little self-righteous). It's a little out of date now, but I guess not all that much changes in five years... I also can't pretend to always succeed in following it but I try.

I found a great way to respond. Set up a new account (if allowed) and simply cut and paste the same message refering them to an official website with the information they deliberately ignore. This seems to stop others getting dragged in, lol!:?:

They can then spam the new account to their heart's content
