Trouble posting pics

I'm having bother uploading photos....my uploads are too big apparently for my server to process..how do remedy this? I'm not very computer savvy SOS please

Here's an easy way to do it - use ShrinkPictures.com. Select 760 pixels (a good size for posting online). Leave it on 'better' quality.

The way i do it - as an inept - is like this; Copy image and paste it into the same folder where itll appear with copy inits title. Right click on it and 'open with' windows office manager. Then click edit image and resize and a column opens up on the rh side of the page. Choose your new size. Save as. Bobs yer uncle.
