Trousers in winter?

Don't understand tights under shorts. Doesn't this mean that the pad in your shorts is not in contact with the skin?

Leg warmers under bib shorts until it gets cold enough for my winter weight bib longs, which are pretty toasty!

i have the exact pair as your link and are great for cold days or as today for me a recovery ride,i also have the bib shorts in the same range great of autumn rides but i also add leg warmers to the set up if required

3/4 length baggies (Endura Humvee's, I think). If it goes below zero I'll move to full length. I really like the 3/4 length, they seem good right thru the year.

when he says "tights"...he's not talking about the ones you get from the lingerie section in M&S. Check out wiggle for cycling tights or "longs"... I use longs from this company www.corinnedennis.co.uk and they also do baggy trousers if you prefer.

I also use Ron Hill. I have a pair of the bikesters that I will wear over my padded shorts once it gets cold enough.
