Just a point of query but how many BTP officers are there?

Taken from their site:
British Transport Police’s 2,835 police officers and 1,455 support staff exist to provide a specialist policing service to meet those needs.

I don't know if that's a lot or what.Considering their main job is policing the railways as far as I know.

Did you read in The Mail (sorry) about the cop who (allegedly) fined a pensioner for dropping a ten pound note (an a receipt?)?

PC gone mad I tell ya.

He wasn't BTP as far as I know.

.....must have been a flush pensioner or one who just collected it from the Post Office? They are plumbing new depths preying on pensioners. Perhaps a friendly "Excuse me Sir/Madman I think you dropped this?" would have been more appropriate.

Still the OAP could have paid the fine with the note they dropped .

I would have told the copper to sling his hook as nobody in their right mind throw's money away except.....bankers or MPs.
