Not I, but have you asked on Retrobike or Singletrackworld?

I have had similar trouble sourcing 1" steerer 700c forks with brake bosses and suspension. They are about as common as rocking horse doo-doo I eventually got sorted by a guy dealing on eBay with a shop name of 'SPARROW BIKE'. If you have a look at his stock first, and if he hasn't got what you need, message him and see what he can do for you.

Most MTB's were 1 1/8ths from the 90's, so 1" suspension forks will be rare.

I have a vague recollection that Decathlon used to do an own brand 1" suspension fork, but I can't see it on their website. I am not convinced of the merits of a fork like that over a rigid though.

steerer as used by frame builder would be OK there going on a road bike anyway
