Can i get all your opinions and views on this training schedule that im working on now after my 26 min 10miler just gone. Thanks!
Endurance is good, speed is down.

TT specific training.
Week 1
Thursday- 10TT 26:01 Sick.
Friday- 1HR Tempo sick.
Saturday-intervals on the rivet- 4x6min 2min RI. sick+B12 supplement.
Sunday- 2Hr Tempo
Monday-2Hr Tempo- HRM purchase
Tuesday- 1 Hr Recovery+tweaking new saddle.
Wednesday Off
---------------------------
Week 2 target- 25:30
---------------------------
Thursday-10TT

Wash and repeat week above.

Spend time on the road on your TT bike on the aerobars, improve power some how and work on threshold

Seems to me you dont like pain, until you learn to love the pain you wont improve. Soon as the pain hits you will ease back and times will suffer.

Good endurance doesnt mean you'll make a good tt'er

Too much tempo, not enough recovery. Tempo is also a pretty wide range an can mean anything from just out of breath to not muh under a TT effort
