Thursday- 10TT 26:01 Sick.
Friday- 1HR Tempo sick.
Saturday-intervals on the rivet- 4x6min 2min RI. sick+B12 supplement.
Sunday- 2Hr Tempo
Monday-2Hr Tempo- HRM purchase
Tuesday- 1 Hr Recovery+tweaking new saddle.
Wednesday Off
