Its rather grey here but there’s nothing falling out of the sky at present. Cold has kicked in big style so I think todays activity will be limited to taking Bertie for a walk.

Work stuff is fun but pressured. Later is maybe a run, but got a few foot injuries so might actually ride a bike, maybe even outside

Finished a series of meetings sustained by coffee. Just come off a call with our South African advisors and couldn't get that Spitting Image song out of my head 😊 Surely it can't be long till lunchtime as I'm peckish now.

Curiously mild in smogsville today. My Garmin stole 2 miles off my run this morning which annoys me more than it should.
In a weak moment social services offered to fund a care home for a few more weeks before the sorry task of stripping down Mum's assets begins.

We have several bottles of port in the drinks cupboard including one my son in law was given an award by his regiment. However when I indulge I awake the next day with a thick head and a sense like the cats been sleeping in my mouth
