We are, sadly we had a leak in the bathroom that blew the 130yr old plaster on the ceiling and a wall, so we took the decision to replace offending bathroom and replace the old plaster. Once its all done and decorated its start looking and listing.

Definitely not, very functional. Better built than most modern houses. Give it 50yrs and most modern houses will be knocked down and rebuilt.
