A bit of brightness here. Bertie walked, gutters cleaned on outbuilding and garage and a tile replaced. Also checked the drains which appear to ok. Later will be climbing.

Lunchtime yoga and exercises completed in my studio on my new mat. I could quite easily sleep on it.

Still weak as. Situation not improving. Have had checks and tests various, another chat with GP upcoming in an hour or so. Must try to get recovery treatment started.
