Any damage occurring to property or contents during the contractual period is purely a by product of the rodent elimination process and is not covered by contractual insurance therefore, the client (as in 'you') is advised to take out a specific policy covering all aspects of the work being contractually commissioned by the hirer (meaning you in this instance).
Non-refundable deposit for works undertaken is obligatory as preparations for the compilation of the contract specifically tailored to the clients specifications is time consuming and complex.
The client (meaning you) has to provide all nutritional needs for the rodent elimination officer including recreational time and rest conducive to providing the service.
During the whole contractual period, the client (meaning you) must not:
- Encourage or promote media attention and any implied or subsequent financial gain is strictly forbidden and will result in court proceedings to recover all monies gained through exploitation of Beans©.
- Make un-necessary and unsettling loud noises
- Make use of deodorants and air fresheners in unspecified areas without proper ventilation and prior establishment of appropriate use areas thereof non-conducive to feline sensitivities
- Allow random visitations by persons known and unknown to the specified area of rodent elimination including proximities less than a 150 metre radius around the zone of rodent elimination activity
- Indulge in acts of impropriety during the period of contract
- Disturb the rodent elimination officers critical snoozing and sleeping times
The above represents a summarised precis of the terms and conditions that may apply and does not cover all aspects of the contract which will be arranged after receipt of deposit and full agreement with the rodent elimination officer. The management (meaning 'me' or 'i') reserve the right to withdraw from the contract with immediate effect any changes to the working conditions and terms and agreements with deposits refunded at the managements' discretion only.
