The two most important questions of our time.

Got up while it was still dark to do the hybrid communt into the office after waking up even earlier for reasons unknown. Refuelling and powering through with coffee and Scotch Egg.

Took the doggy out in the rain this morning much to her disgust.
Site visit and now some lunch.

Afternoon folks,
Another day of shirking from home, lots of phone calls and spreadsheets. Got to go and see someone at my former employers tomorrow, obviously around lunchtime for a cafe visit.
Currently sunny here, still sounds quite windy out though.
TLW, thats not dark, it’s daylight. I could get something along those lines for my evening walks when staying near work.

Had a glorious ride up Glen Tilt with Mrs Wakemalcolm until she got Hangry and Fangry. Found a brilliant picnic spot at the Tarf falls and still managed to get home before the kids.
Now drinking left over flask coffee.

Good afternoon, cyclechatters.
Mrs Salad and I led a walking group on a bright but breezy stroll along the promenade this morning, with coffee and cake at a nice, but pricey seafront bistro.
This afternoon I have mainly been catching up on some YouTube favourites, to the accompaniment of a cup of tea.
One slight bummer is that a friend's mum died this morning. She was 92 and had been in declining health for a few weeks, so it wasn't unexpected, but still a bit of a downer.....

Nice spot. Been there.
Have you been to Bruar falls?

Yes, my climbing partner got married there. Really nice. Have an action to go up there again to access one of the boring outlying Munros.

Think today was the element of surprise: the trail turned to $hit about 1k out and I've got form for targeting waterfalls that ultimately disappoint, so we nearly canned it.
