Grey again. Aberdeenshire had 30 consecutive days of rain. We've gotten away with it for some inexplicable reason. It hasn't been nearly as wet here s other places but it has been grey.
That jet stream needs to sort itself out.

Today: tinkering.
Before tinkering: coffee.

Grey 'n' drizzling here, but don't care as sheltered in the cave and wfh. First coffee on the go. Decorator now doing the utility room, might as well get it all done in one go and in any event he sthe same bloke who does our garden work once spring arrives.

Thick cloud for your touchdown I'm afraid @VinSumRox Probably at around ankle height too.

At least it's forecast to p*sh it down in Rome all week too.

Time to look out the oil skins and sou wester then just get on with it; the rain's not going anywhere this week.

We should build tall towers so that people could get some sun by climbing above the cloud.
Sadly someone from BigObesity would recommend putting in a webcam so people could watch the sunny weather from a fast food concession in the foyer. The junk food would, of course, be supplemented with vitamin D.

Its dreck here and apparently in all day. We did have 12 hour window yesterday when I rode my bike outside for the first time this month, to say there was a lot of water about would a slight understatement.
So today plan is to go to climbing wall in York once I get sorted.

Foul day here in L.Districtland.

Have been trying to finish the last 25 sq.m of house exterior painting since early November, to no avail.

No cycling (post-chemo recovery), minimal walking (don't do wet walks) and no painting (as above).

Thankfully, I have turbo trainer (dull), multigym (I like) and a Kindle to go at.

So all is not lost in this woeful start to the year.
