Beans brought me a present, bless him.
Today: a lot of stuff and nothing.

Both kids off to school on time, coffee drunk, and Mrs Wakemalcolm away into court to fulfill the demanding role of 7th reserve juror (it's the equivalent of being a tree in the nativity, I think).
Only spitting rain and a howling gale can stop me now.....oh cr@p.

Get a wee pile of bike bits ready for cycle jumble on the weekend.
Quite chuffed no noticeable effects from shingles jag, others seem to feel a bit ropey after.

I just had a sore arm from the first one. From the booster I got a rash on my arm and felt crap for about 7 days.

last year i volunteered for a clinical trial to see how it went if co-administered with other jabs, by the end i'd had two shingles jabs with no noticeable effects, seemed typical

Afternoon People, up too early again to be in the office as the number torturing season is just kicking off this week. But have beer & curry lined up with a mate after work so not all bad.

Early start as winding myself up, bright side, finished the work for the 10am meeting before 6, so hound walk and slow jog fitted in early doors.

Work stuff ok and now spinning on the indoor bike at circa 100HR to be safe. Hot tub soon before I have to cook as the wife is away
