Bjr. Town this morning to pay in cheques, check the local supermarkets for coeliac-friendly stuff (for a friend who arrives next week), and will check the middle of Lidl for anything useful for the garden or otherwise. Might go forest track surfing on the e-bike later. Or might laze à la sungod.

Morning Folks,

The summer lull seems to be in full swing now as our European colleagues hit the beach for a few weeks so will take advantage and have a chilled day in the cave. Might go for a ride round the lanes later.

Morning
just haircut and beard trim courtesy of Mrs W. Its still a bit blowy here and there’s some rain forecast. Not sure what is later as arthritic left wrist is playing up.

Slightly less achy and sweaty night, up prompt and off to local hospital for a biopsy on a wee lesion on my face.
Still breezy here, but didn't see much wind damage this morning.
Apart from a big cherry tree in the church woods next door, lots of firewood there!

1/2 hour sesh with GP today going through checks various as to what's causing this energy slump. Nothing obvious, so referrals various to come, scans et al. At least the recent PSA test score was fine at 2.1, me not being a teenager any more.

Still blowy round here though do have some sun poking through. Will not be a very active day para mi.
