Another early one for me, but at least the sun was shining in through the kitchen window while I grabbed brekkie. On the train into town, no doubt a bit of catching up to do after the long weekend. Hopefully get the auditors off our backs this week.

Funeral today for next door neighbour today .
Hands aching a bit but better than yesterday , i am debating whether to get a short ride in but its supposed to be cold out and with reynuads i dont like cold rides just for fun .

Another post crisis follow up check this morning, this time easy one with dietician. And yes I am 'regaining' weight, prob down to too many of those reduced price choc ices. Followed by yet another tip run with bulk bags of 'lawn', aye right, trash removed, this is now 19 of such recycled.

Tbc the courier 'your parcel is at our Carlisle depot ready for delivery' saga. Is it? Did they lose it last Friday? How many more stoma baggies do I have in the cupboard? Perhaps I should write scripts for Coronation Street.

Bit less cool this morning. No gloomy grey here.
I'll just wait a little for the temp to lift and then i'll be offski. 11 deg here with virtually no wind and wind chill est. 8 deg c.
I probably do have Reynauds or maybe i'm simply decrepit.

I had to give Beans a lecture on how to be a cat. Brought live mouse in to the kitchen in the very AM. Let it go and proceeded to chase it around to which this woke me up. Then he trills and asks for treats. Mouse is still at large.
I can tell from the expression, he wasn't listening.

Later: 10 episodes of planet earth for Beans.

Suns out but it’s chilly. I seem to have a lot of muscle aches this morning not sure why unless it from riding in the cold yesterday. Later will be descaling the coffee machine and then trying to get rid of the squeak that the bed is making.

i did mention this when the new threads started but it seems the BR influx had this as an ongoing thing so i joined in the nonsense

As a side not the funeral is 2 hours later than i thought so i could have gone for a ride sitting here in best clobber now waiting .
