Tuesday - those damn Erinyes are wreaking havoc meteorlogically

My insistence that I'd go outdoors every day this week led me to Mike Ashley's finest discount warehouse. Acquired some walking trousers but the puffer jacket I coveted before Christmas was long gone.

I got a 600 gram (per square something) puffer jacket from Mountain Warehouse which I can highly recommend. Don't think this is exactly the same but very similar.

Soaked walking hounds, got completely changed, grabbed another waterproof coat and drove to get a new windscreen, a 20min journey was an hour due to a fire in town. Walked to the branch for some meetings, soaked again. Windscreen fitted but doesn’t quite like up for the mirror cover etc, so new screen next week 🙄

Ran after work and then a sauna at the club. Went into the hot tub whilst the current wife cooked dinner and got a notification to approve a transaction, looks like I’m going to Goa in a couple of weeks 😂

The correct name is Duvet jacket or down jacket or are you trying to get down with kids.
For decent quality look at the sales at Cotswold outdoors or Go outdoors often quality stuff at a reasonable price.
No offence Pinno but I wouldn’t have any of Mountain warehouse stuff even if they were giving it away.

All of the stuff that I bought out of MW has not been great but the one I have has been very good.
