Considering jumping into the retirement pool or are you stuck in a cycle of JOMY?

Not quite yet, but I have a plan. Need to get junior on her way with a deposit for a place of her own when she finally gets tired of living FOC at Hotel 666 and also once my pension fund reaches a certain value then I'm going full 'Dragons' Den' and I'm out.
