There was a row of people in charge of different things in the mission and when a key move was about to be made, the Commander says what it is and the row of people in charge of each thing say if their this is OK to go or not.

Delco - Is the name of the guidance computer made by GM.

Surgeon - Flight Surgeon
Cap Com - Is the Capsule Communicator they give the OK to who is the only one to speak to the astronats.
