Turbo shaped cast :)

Having broken my hand on Sunday thus putting outdoor cycling back a few weeks, I had the full cast put on today.

Only I didn't. She's used fibreglass (lighter) Only half of my arm (bonus) and it's fitted around my two smallest fingers leaving the others free and creating the perfect shape to train on the turbo


Shifting gears is still a bit difficult but I can still ride indoors
