140 miles done on the turbo since the last week of Feb.March 2nd i began putting the dates and mileage in a book,the one i use to remember important things eight sessions in March,Only one session in April for some reason,now five so far in May.April was the month i sorted out next doors garden,two visits a week for the month,that's how i got on top of it.Well i am now ready for a proper ride i will be contacting my two mates to chaperone me.
