The reviews look promising
At 75 I find that after a ride I need the following day of.I usually ride between 30 to 40 miles
I am reluctant to use over the counter anti inflammatory medication although I do use the Volturol 12 hour emugel on my knee joints which are slightly arthritic

I have to say i have been using it each day straight from the jar for about 3 months now but i have not noticed any major difference and i suffer from Chronic Fatigue/Fibromyalgia.
