Like many I suspect, I have one of those phone-broadband-tv packages, and every now and again I look at a bank statement and think 'that's a lot given how much tv we actually watch.'
I reckon 95% of the (fairly limited) TV we watch is on the BBC, 3% is on freeview, and very occasionally we buy a 'day pass' for the Now TV thing to watch a specific football match. This means we don't even really need a recording-thing as we can catch up on iPlayer. I've cancelled the TV package, and although I resent paying for a landline we hardly use, and I think broadband is expensive until I consider the infrastructure cost, it's now a bit cheaper.
What channels do you think are worth the subscription fee, and why?
