Nothing, if the Royal Family kept the income from their estates and did not turn it over to the exchquer they would be far wealthier.
The last I heard they get around 15% of the income their estates generate with the rest going to the national coffers.

As for 'Randy Andy' I increasingly see him as a victim in this debacle, reminds me of this song
