The bus was coming down a one way street that turns right there; to go straight on you're turning off, as it were, so you should be slowing down and paying attention.
Note that the bus is coming down a one way street and it is narrow, the cyclist approaching is entirely visible for ages there, and she's either turning right there or left (she physically won't fit down the side of that bus from that position on the one way street going the wrong way!). The bus hasn't slowed down
at all for a very complex junction until the last minute, using the very common tactic of scaring the hell out of oncoming cyclists at that junction.
The bus, being on the 'main' road from which the oncoming traffic should give way, had priority, but make no mistake, said bus driver was acting like a complete cock.
