I could have happily watched another series of Buffy

Blake's Seven!

These had well jumped the shark. They were mercy killings.

I never watched it, but I associate Buffy The Vampire Slayer going downhill with Ross Whedon getting bored with it and concentrating on other projects, like Firefly.

I'll give you a shout if they don't turn up soon! Am currently watching Tenko. The acting and script are awful but there are some wonderful moments in it.

Linky

Were you watching the episode written by Ed Reardon? (running gag in Ed Reardon's week, R4).

Heartburn Hotel with Tim Healey was another two series sitcom, which I thought had some mileage left in it.

Also Hyperdrive, I loved that, but most viewers seemed to hate it because it wasn't Red Dwarf.

What grinds my gears is when I get into a programme and then discover that from now on it's only going to be on satellite - House & Dexter are two examples that spring to mind.
