From nearly thirty years ago, Postman Pat. My elder son loved it and after learning to operate the VHS player at two would watch the only six episodes available at the time which we had foolishly recorded.

How I wish they'd made a lot more. I knew every script by heart and can tell you that in the 'Snow' episode it became clear that Ted Glenn and one of the female cast, who was a cyclist, were having secret assignations in the church hall where they were found with the lady's bicycle buried under the snow that had fallen overnight. No footprints were visible outside the hall and they'd been there all night. Hardly good viewing for a 2 year old!

By the time he and his younger brother grew out of it we earnestly wished they made a lot more. ANYTHING TO RELIEVE THE BOREDOM!

Red Dwarf is the one i really liked, a lot of the programs mentioned above i have never heard of, don't really see that much tv though find most of it mind numbingly boring, tv should be a lot better than it is, there should be more progs like wonders of the universe with Brian Cox,

It was sad that Brookside ended and was the only soap I really got into. I feel that Eldorado could of succeeded given a bit more time. Also The Bill was great in the early days.
