Watched the last episode from Season 8 of Curb Your Enthusiasm the other night - love this show, hope there is more to come...

One I remember from when I was younger was The Tripods - which ended before it should have because of the tragic death of one of the main actors.

Nah they just pulled the funding. Not surprising really as it was reasonably poor after watching it again recently. The final line is "Was it all for nothing!?!" is a dig at the Beeb.
