These have both been donated to Enviroability. The Record Ace is lovely and would have come home with me had I not already got a 531 touring bike of similar vintage; as it is, it's been sold to a local doctor who wants to commute on it, over maybe 12 miles of reasonably hilly lanes. That should get him fit! The Record Sprint is not as nice, but is still a useable vintage bike. Anyway, they both stood out from the sea of low to middling MTB shaped objects and cheap hybrids which is my usual fodder.

The record ace does look very nice and ideal for the doctors commute
Mind you the record sprint would do the job as well.
I am glad that Ross on Way is not in Numptonshire
