I see this gentleman on a irregular basis, who is usually dressed as in the photo or if it is wet he adds a yellow cape to the outfit. But the reason I took this photo was because of his pannier rack!!! I've never noticed that addition before.

I'm not sure what makes us notice one individual rather than another, perhaps just the simple standing out from the crowd. I like them - the individuals look far more interesting.

Ok - I've done a close up of the rack...

Though I can't decide what the cans are... maybe he is keen on recycling - (we ended up bringing our rubbish home from our holiday to recycle it, tins/glass/cardboard/cartons/plastic).
