After seating the tyre poorly last night I had the tyre roll off the rim and inner tube explode whilst out riding. This isn't an issue however as I am 99% sure it was user error i.e. my cak handedness.

The issue was, they were brand new tyres, and when repairing the puncture etc... I noticed a part of the bead, well away from the area of the blow out, had two little cracks in the rubber and I could see the aramid fibres in side.

Prob only 3mm long running a cross the bead, barely a mm a cross.

Is this going to be a massive problem later on? The sort of blow out that involves air ambulances or am I being paranoid?

Tyre has mounted back and seems fine tho.

If no bumps and bulges, then probably ok.
If new and from the lbs, you could take it back and say you are not happy. At best, you'll get a new tyre, at worst, you'll have the same tyre.
If from the internet - you could try the same, but obviously you will be without the tyre for a week or two.

If worried about exploding wheel - will be better on the back wheel, then the steering won't be affected as much.

Good luck
