Tyres for LEJOG

Hi, I'm sure that there are threads already on this, so apologies for re-submitting it. Advice would be really welcome.

I've got 25c Gatorskins on my bike for LEJOG, do you think that these will be sufficient and as puncture resistant as I can hope for? Bearing in mind that the roads might be wet at times and gravelly etc. Or should I really change to a different tyre to be on the safe side.

Stick with what you've got.

The Gatorskins will probably be fine.

Before you set off, check that they are not too worn or cut, and remove any small stones that have managed to get embedded.
