Do bicycle tyres need to be balanced like car tyres?
Since I fitted new tyres ( front and back ) on my bike, I have noticed that the handlebars wobble a bit when with no hands. I have checked everything and all is well and tight so I am left with wondering if the tyre is unbalanced?
It is a specialized all conditions although I dont think the manufacturer will make any difference.
I must stress that it doesn't seem to affect the bike when riding with one or two hands.
But should I worry?

Try making sure the tyre is seated evenly in the rim all the way around

You could also check the wheel is still true. Might have hit a pothole and not noticed any damage until you changed the tires.
