Well Ok if you have the rest of the bits already then you are nearly there. Just the sti shifters and a new rear wheel to go

...talking about grease, is that grease only good for cables? or more for bearing?
i'm not sure what's for what anymore...there're so many of those out there..
anyone care to recommend what's best for what?

I use that for BB, cranks and wheel bearings. For any sticking cables etc I would use either GT85 and my preference at the moment for chain is finish line dry but asking what type of oil is best on a chain on CC is much like asking whether you ride with a helmet or not :thumbsup: .

I looked that link you gave me for chainreaction, there is another grease of the same brand that they are recommending more for bearing and stuff.
