Ultegra Di2 issue

Guys looking for help.
Was out for a ride on Monday, checked battery and had approx 50% left. after about 1 mile could not change any gear. checked the battery and could not get any light to come on. got home and checked again, still same totally dead. Charged battery and got same results. I have pulled off all the connections and re set them. metered the battery and got 8 volts DC. Tried the crash reset too - nothing

At a total loss so any help will be appreciated

sorry forgot to mention it is the 2013 version, 10 speed so not compatible with computer thingy. unless there is another way

I'm not familiar with the Di2 but you could put your meter ( set to Ohms) across the + and - terminals of the unit and see if you are getting continuity of circuit.

If that is ok then it is probably the interface between battery and unit.

Tried speaking to the dealer you got it from? I only ask because I believe when I got mine I was told that Shimano would cover it with a 2 year warranty - which you might still be in?
