He was nowhere near you. Not a good manoeuvre, but I've seen far worse.

Could have been better driving, but I find that fairly believable. Didn't look like you even had to touch the brake lever?

Can't see there's much to worry about. He must have seen you coz he stayed wide, i.e. in the other lane and then move across you with plenty to spare. I am an s2000 apologist though, coz I've got one.

I had to play it twice to spot the error, I was looking for a close pass etc.
Yes, bad driving from a road positioning point of view but...
I guess he was all the way over in the offside lane to avoid you, give you a wide berth and he did accelerate quickly. If he's checked his rear view beforehand, which is suggested by the length of time before anyone else passes... IMO its not that great a problem?

If you things like that upset you then I suggest you have a ride over Newcastle and do my commute with me lol I'm sure I go into invisible mode when I'm on roundabouts

Ideally he should have stayed behind, but he was obviously well aware of you and your position, and gave you plenty of room, so I don't think this is a massive deal.

ha! grumpy this morning? there wasn't much wrong with that, he was well aware of your position and what he was doing - i aborted a worse move than that yesterday when i stupidly thought the driver in the garage would be courteous and not exit when i began to pass a cyclist - i was wrong and had to pull back behind the lad on his bike after getting alongside him (albeit with plenty of room to spare)...it'd have made you poop your pants if you thought that honda's move was worth worrying about ^_^
