Christian Bale - good call. Has done some excellent, low key roles - ie. The Mechanic, the Sci-Fi one set in a dystopian future etc.

And most controversially, Tom Cruise.

He's a great actor. Rainman, A Few Good Men, Jerry MacGuire, he's an epic talent.

Often slated but Sylvester Stallone can act. He's turned out some truly crud films but on the odd occasion he picks a good script he can do the job.

To be honest I think that most of the big Hollywood stars are very good actors. Because you see them so much, and often in dross films, you tend not to notice but the studios don't keep using them for nothing.

There are a few people who I always find a pleasure to watch. John Cusack, James Woods, Jack Lemmon, Audrey Hepburn and Michael Caine among them.
