Union repair stands on eBay for a newbie, any good?

Sorry if this is in the wrong forum but I seem to be posting all my newbie questions in the beginners section.

I was thinking of a repair stand and found this on eBay, I don't want to spend a fortune as it will be used for just basic maintenance and cleaning. Does anyone know if this is any good? It looks the very same as the Raleigh repair stand on Amazon but this one is branded as Union. By the way I think my wife will kill me if I mention bikes once more tonight let alone spend more money!!

Any thoughts appreciated.

Can't see enough detail but at that price it will probably be fine for what you have in mind. We have something that seems to be similar as a spare for when we're out doing cycle event support work. Just don't expect workshop quality.
